Privacy & Policies


1. Definitions
   (a). Services refer to credit report analysis, credit repair assistance, CIBIL dispute filing, grievance submissions with Credit Institutions, and related advisory services.
   (b). Credit Institutions include banks, NBFCs, lending partners, and financial creditors.
   (c). Credit Information Companies (CICs) include TransUnion CIBIL, Experian, Equifax, CRIF Highmark, or any statutory credit bureau in India.

2. Eligibility
   (a). You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to contract.
   (b). You agree to provide accurate information and supporting documentation as required for Service delivery.

3. Scope of Services
   (a). The Company provides facilitation, guidance, and documentation support to assist in correction of inaccuracies and dispute submission with CICs and Credit Institutions.
   (b). The Company is not a lender, does not sanction loans or credit facilities, and does not make promises or guarantees regarding loan approvals.
   (c). Any improvement in credit score is dependent on individual financial behavior, existing liabilities, and third-party decisions.

4. Client Responsibilities
   (a). Services are rendered based on the assumption that all outstanding dues to Credit Institutions are cleared or shall be cleared within a reasonable timeframe.
   (b). You shall not submit false or misleading information.
   (c). You shall cooperate fully, provide necessary documents, and execute all required authorization letters.

5. Service Timelines
   (a). Timelines stated by the Company are indicative only.
   (b). Actual resolution periods depend on CICs, Credit Institutions, verification procedures, and statutory requirements.
   (c). The Company shall not be held liable for delays outside its control.

6. Verification-Based Changes
   (a). Corrections in any credit report will be completed only after verification and approval by the respective Credit Institution(s).
   (b). The Company does not have authority to independently modify CIC records.

7. Impact of Credit Score Inquiries
   (a). Excessive inquiries directly with CICs may adversely impact Your score.
   (b). The Company shall not be responsible for score impact due to such actions taken independently by You.

8. Fees, Additional Charges & Refunds
   (a). Fees payable to CICs for accessing updated credit scores are not included in Our Service Fees.
   (b). All Service Fees paid to the Company are non-refundable, regardless of outcome.
   (c). Legal escalations including legal notices, arbitration actions, consumer complaints, etc., will attract additional fees.
   (d). All charges are exclusive of applicable GST.
   (e). Separate fees apply for disputes initiated with multiple CICs.

9. Confidentiality & Data Security
   (a). The Company shall process personal data responsibly and in compliance with applicable Indian privacy regulations.
   (b). Information is shared only with authorized Credit Institutions and CICs for fulfilling the enlisted Services.

10. Intellectual Property Notice
   All content, branding, and intellectual property on the Website are owned by the Company. Unauthorized reproduction or misuse is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability
   (11.1). The Company shall not be liable for:
        (a). financial loss arising from pending dues or defaults by You,
        (b). decisions made by Credit Institutions or CICs,
        (c). score deterioration due to external factors or new credit activity,
        (d). indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
   (11.2). aggregate liability in any case shall be limited strictly to the total Service Fees paid by You.

12. Indemnification
   You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its employees, directors, and affiliates from any claims, penalties, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from:
   (a). misrepresentation or fraudulent submissions,
   (b). breach of these Terms,
   (c). violation of applicable laws.

13. Compliance with Law
   All processes are governed by:
   (a). Credit Information Companies (Regulation) Act, 2005
   (b). Credit Information Companies Regulations, 2006
   (c). RBI directions and applicable guidelines

14. Termination
The Company reserves the right to:
   (a). suspend or terminate Services for non-payment or misuse,
   (b). retain fees already collected,
   (c). withdraw support without further notice if Your conduct is non-cooperative or fraudulent.

15. Website Usage
   (a). You shall not use the Website in any manner that is unlawful or harmful to its operation.
   (b). Unauthorized access attempts may result in legal action.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
   (a). These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
   (b). Subject to Clause 17 (Arbitration), courts at [City/State – e.g., Bengaluru, Karnataka] shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

17. Dispute Resolution (Arbitration Clause)
   (a). Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
